EngraveReady is designed for customer photo workflows, so image retention and access control are deliberately limited.

Photos and generated artwork

Uploaded source photos and prepared background cutouts are stored privately and expire after 7 days.

Generated PNG artwork is stored privately and remains available in history for 30 days.

Account data

We store the account details provided by Cognito, credit balance, preferences, and workflow action logs needed to run the service and support users.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses essential browser storage for sign-in, app state, and security. Advertising or analytics cookies should only be enabled after adding explicit consent controls.

Access

Images are stored in private account-specific storage. Download links are short-lived and generated only after sign-in.
