Refund and credit policy

If source preparation or line-art generation fails before a usable result is produced, the backend returns the consumed generation credit once for that attempt.

If the generated artwork is clearly unusable, use the in-app report link with the job ID. During beta, the operator can manually add a replacement credit after review.

Payment checkout is not live yet. Manual credits issued for tests or early users do not represent a completed paid purchase until Stripe checkout is connected.
